In this service, the customer has to pay Rs. 5000 upfront and we make sure that we give 3 property options as per their requirement. If the customer likes the property then he/she has to sign the contract as per our rules and regulation. However, if the customer does not like the property choices, 50% of the money will be charged as our services fee and another 50% of the money will be returned to the customer.
